Our trendy Restaurant, renowned for its gastronomic delights including Czech and international specialities, will impress even the most hard to please gastronomes. You can have a sit-down in our spacious non-smoking restaurant, cosy Café (dominated by a playful colour scheme and a light interior) or historic Lounge with a fireplace and intimate atmosphere. During the summer months you can savour our cooks’ specialities on the Summer Terrace with a view of the spacious gardens and the historic centre of Broumov or in the heated garden gazebo with a grill.
The Veba Hotel Restaurant is particular about excellent home cooking and offers traditional Czech and international specialities. Besides that, our cooks regularly indulge in preparing a seasonal menu and they constantly vary the menu with new delicacies. Always fresh and high-quality ingredients are commonplace. The pride and joy of our excellent cuisine are our fine cooks Ivo Šolce and Roman Mihalov. They have long-standing experience from both Czech and foreign restaurants. Sweets lovers will be entranced by homemade cakes and desserts which are made fresh every day by our Egyptian confectioner Hassan Hamada Moustafa Abdelaziz.
Over the years, the Restaurant has attracted many well-known persons, including Jan Tříska, ex-president Václav Klaus, Dominik Duka, Olga Havlová, Marek Vašut, Jan Pospíšil and many others. Willing and hard-working personnel are the heart and soul of our Restaurant. They will fulfil all your wishes. It is also thanks to our fabulous staff that our customers love to come again.
